CoCo Shelburne is a retired law enforcement officer, broker, investor, and strategist with over two decades of experience in U.S. and international real estate, business development, and legal strategy. She has played a key role in expanding Keller Williams into Greece and across Europe, and at eXp World Holdings she oversaw global transactions agents, and training initiatives each month, helping shape the company’s rapid global growth. Today, CoCo uses her expertise in business systems, law, and international operations to bring high-level strategies—once reserved for large corporations—into the hands of small business owners, empowering them to thrive.
But CoCo’s story extends far beyond boardrooms and corporate expansion. A multi-time cancer survivor, organ transplant recipient, and someone who has faced terminal illness three times, she approaches life and business as a true warrior—fighting for causes, people, and access for all. Her unwavering resilience and global vision drive her mission to create innovative solutions and opportunities for every individual, no matter their background or circumstances.
Jon O’Sullivan is a U.S. Navy veteran, entrepreneur, and trainer with over 30 years of experience in both real estate and insurance. Raised in a home rooted in both American and Jamaican values, Jon brings a unique global perspective and deep commitment to service in every venture. He has spent decades mentoring agents, building high-performing teams, and guiding clients through complex real estate and financial landscapes with discipline and integrity.
Jon’s military background and leadership experience define his approach: every client, every agent, and every business he serves is a mission. His passion lies in equipping others to succeed—transforming uncertainty into stability, and helping families and business owners create lasting security for generations to come.
Mark Senores is a veteran life insurance professional with nearly two decades of experience guiding families and individuals toward financial security. Licensed since 2005, he is known for treating clients and agents like family—mentoring them through complex decisions with a steady hand and a servant-leader mindset. Mark’s career reflects a commitment to excellence, a reputation for integrity, and a deep belief in building generational wealth and protection.
